  • Before arriving to your appointment for any service, please ensure that your hair is detangled to the best of your abilities and free of excess product and oil build-up.

    You are not required to shampoo before your appointment, just please keep in mind that extra time spent washing and detangling causes

  • Before booking a color appointment, a consultation form is Required.


    This is the pre-appointment planning to ensure the intended result is acheived and executed to your liking. We'll discuss your routine, and goals as we look over inspiration photos, then discuss what the process will consist of as well as pricing and timing.

    Consultation fees and deposits act as a supply fee for your appointment and will not be refunded if you choose not to book. This is a one time fee and is only required if you're booking a color service with me for the first time.

  • If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know ASAP. We will either need to adjust the timing of your appointment to fit the schedule or reschedule, for which you may be subject to late fees.

    Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment start time. Late cancellations will be subjected to a 50% fee unless rescheduled within 24 hours.

    No show appointments will be subjected to a 100% fee and will be required to pay a $50 deposit before booking again.

    Deposits carry over for 1 rescheduled appointment. Upon rescheduling a second time, a new deposit is required and your appointment may be cancelled without it.

    I do understand that things come up out of the blue sometimes. Please text me and communicate your situation before cancelling or rescheduling.

  • Pricing- All pricing is time based. If your appointment runs over the allocated time,
