All implements and surfaces are sanitized with board-approved sanitizer prior to and following each service.

Towels and capes are washed with bleach, detergent, hot water and are stored in sealed containers between uses.

All unvaccinated clients are required to wear masks as well as vaccinated clients when there are more than two people in the suite.

If you have experienced any symptoms within 14 days of your scheduled appointment please reach out immediately to reschedule.

Sanitation and Illnesses

Before your color appointment…

Please refrain from washing your hair within 24 hours of your appointment. This will help prevent any possible scalp irritation and ensure the best possible results.

If this is your first color appointment with me, please book a consultation AND complete the intake form before your appointment. I strive to maintain close and open communication to ensure your best possible end-result. The in-person consultation is crucial in assessing the best methods for achieving your look in a manner that is healthy and long-lasting.

It is important that you arrive to your appointment fully detangled, dry, and clean of any build-up.

Pricing listed is based on standard treatment. Additional fees may apply.

Your consultation fee will act as a non-refundable deposit for your color appointment. Please be sure to submit the consultation form and deposit within 24 hours of your booking request. I am unable to accept appointments without this information and your booking may be rejected/cancelled without it.

Deposits and consultation fees are taken off of the total price of your appointment once it is booked. Deposits only carry over for 1 rescheduled appointment.

Upon changing colors, you may be asked to fill out an additional consultation form, and come in for an in-person consultation. In this case a fee may apply at my discretion.

Cancellations, No-shows,and

late arrivals

If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know ASAP. We will either need to adjust the timing of your appointment to fit the schedule or reschedule, for which you may be subject to late fees.

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment start time. Late cancellations will be subjected to a 50% fee unless rescheduled within 24 hours.

No show appointments will be subjected to a 100% fee and will be required to pay a $50 deposit before booking again.

Deposits carry over for 1 rescheduled appointment. Upon rescheduling a second time, a new deposit is required and your appointment may be cancelled without it.

I do understand that things come up out of the blue sometimes. Please text me and communicate your situation before cancelling or rescheduling.

Redo policy

I strive to provide my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
